Who:  Homeschool students ages 10-18

1st Semester:

Homeschool students ages 10-18 who HAVE finished Standard of Excellence Book 1.

2nd Semester:

Homeschool students ages 10-18 who are returning members. New homeschool students who are playing at the level of the concert band who have auditioned with Mrs. Meloy.

Time: 12:30-1:30 P.M.

Cost: $100 + ($25 insurance/cleaning fee) due at first rehearsal​

Concert Dress: White shirt, black pants, black shoes and socks. No logos on shirts.

More Info:

Concert band instruments include oboe, flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion.

Supply list: (what you must bring to class): An instrument that is in good repair, folding music stand, last year's binder - 3 ring binder (must be able to stay open on music stand), 12 plastic sheets, and 2 pencils. Returning band members please keep concert music in your binder.

• All students should arrive 10 minutes before rehearsal time, and be set up and ready to play at 12:20.

• All cell phones MUST be turned off and stored in instrument cases during rehearsals.

• Children must remain in the building at all times from the time they are dropped off until they are picked up.

• We are not allowing any outside play.

• Please take off shoes and boots at the door if they are muddy.

• Bring a water bottle to class.
